We do not store your full card or bank account details ourselves; these are handled directly by our payment providers in accordance with their own privacy and security policies. Photos, videos, and audio recorded at your event are stored securely in-house. We may use this media in our promotional materials, including on our website and social media channels, in accordance with the terms of your booking agreement. We will not feature images of children in promotional material without express permission from a parent or guardian. If your event includes children and you do not wish for them to be photographed or featured in promotional content, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your preference.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with trusted third parties where necessary to provide our services, such as payment processors, or where required by law.
8. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable steps to store personal information and media securely and to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Media collected for promotional purposes is stored in-house.
